Synopsis

Chester Dreadnaught, a street photographer enters the Baronial Hall of Lord and Lady Elrood, pursued by two crooks he has captured on film carrying out a robbery. Add to that a few cases of mistaken identity, a bewildered maid, a dotty Lord and Lady Elrood and a policeman with no arrests to his name and you have, in a word, chaos!
